Gary Peet

SIKESTON -- Gary Lynn "Dr. Bo" Peet, 62, died Feb. 26, 2018.

Born July 13, 1955, in Matthews, he was the son of Doris Peet-Harris of Sikeston and the late O.V. Peet Jr.

On May 14, 2006, he married Louann Peet, and she survives of the home.

In addition to his mother and wife, survivors include: six sons, Mark Henry and Gary McClinton-Peet of Sikeston, Bryan Peet, Daquan Peet, Jayden Peet and Jordon Peet; six daughters, Lamekia Evette McClinton, Brenneka Peet and Katie Trump of Sikeston, Whitney Trump of Kansas City and Latrice Jones and Ashley Ivy; six brothers: Danny Peet, of Elkhart, Ind., David Peet, Steve Peet and James Peet of Sikeston, Kem Peet of Columbia and Greg Peet of Springfield; four sisters: Lydia Peet and Vera Peet Moore of Sikeston, Pamelia Minter of Elkhart, Norma Prangle of Oswego; and several grandchildren.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Christopher Peet; one sister, Cheryl Elizabeth Peet; and his stepdaughter, Cynthia McClinton.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Sikeston with the Rev. Alex Sims officiating.

Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery at Sikeston.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Steve Peet, Danny Peet, Greg Peet, Eric Peet, Eric Pearson, David Peet, Gary McClinton, Bryan Peet and Kem Pet.
