Virgie Carter-Patrick

ANNISTON, Mo. – Virgie Holly Carter-Patrick, 51, died April 6, 2018, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

Born Feb. 22, 1967, in Charleston, to Emma Lou Wilson Carter of East Prairie, the late J.W. Carter and the late Cecil and Paula Isbell, she was employed by Sadie's Health Care. She was of Pentecostal belief.

In 1983, she married Dale Patrick Sr., who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: two sons and a daughter-in-law, Dale and Catherine Patrick Jr. of East Prairie and Kendale Patrick of Cape Girardeau; one daughter, Brittney Nicole Patrick of East Prairie; four brothers, Johnny Carter of East Prairie, Cecil Wayne Isbell and Michael Paul Isbell of Missouri and Brandon Isbell of El Dorado Springs; one sister, Mary Mace of East Prairie; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Aria and Aiden Patrick.

Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie, where services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday with Mike Johnson officiating.

Burial will follow in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
