Steve Snider

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Stephen "Steve" Snider, 56, died April 5, 2018, at the Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

Born June 14, 1961, in Chaffee, to the late Harold and Doris Wilkinson Snider, he was a machine operator for Rubbermaid in Jackson until he retired.

On June 3, 1988, he married Jeanette K. Glastetter, and she survives of the home.

Other survivors include: a daughter, Candice Chasteen of Des Moines, Iowa; seven sisters, Judy Huber of Yantis, Texas, Jo Hailey of St. Charles, Sue Nunnally of Chaffee, Mary Beth Slinkard of Cape Girardeau, Patty Lincoln and Kimberly Jackson of Fruitland and Laura Felty of Jackson.

A Mass will be held at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday at St. Ambrose Catholic Church with the Rev. Randy Tochtrop officiating. Following Mass, the church will be open for visitation until 9 p.m.
