Betty Holland
VANDUSER, Mo. -- Betty Anne Holland, age 66, passed away on Nov. 17, 2016, at her home in Vanduser.
Born Oct. 16, 1950, in Bell City, to the late Tom H. and Eithel Neldon Gross, she attended New Life Gospel in Scott City for a number of years.
On June 22, 1991, in Chaffee, she married Monroe "Bud" Holland, who preceded her in death on July 14, 2011.
Survivors include: three sons and daughters-in-law, Chris and Mary Copeland of Sikeston, Ben and Jennifer Hall of Vanduser and Warren and Krista Gross of Dexter; two daughters, Peggy Copeland Duncan of Vanduser and Shelly Gross Roberts of Sherwood, Ark.; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, George and Denise Gross of Morehouse, Steve and Robin Gross of Vanduser and Donald Gross of Sikeston; four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Vickie Wallace of Granite City, Ill., Gracie Alice Stovall of Morley, Jane and Bob Groff of St. Louis and Reba and Shelby Gordon of Sikeston,; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers, Tom Gross Jr., Fred Gross, Buddy Gross and Roy Gross; and two sisters, Sue Swan and Lucy Dudley.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 21, 2016, at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel. Services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016, at 1 p.m. at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel with Jack Owens, pastor of New Life Gospel in Scott City, officiating.
Burial will follow at 3 p.m. at Missouri State Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield.
