Sandra Gifford

VANDALIA, Mo. -- Sandra Anne Hurley Gifford, 59, formerly of Mississippi County, died June 28, 2017, at her home in Vandalia.

Born June 8, 1958, at Charleston, to the late William Cecil Hurley and Janice Dickerson Phillips, she was a longtime resident of Mississippi County.

Survivors include: two sons and a daughter-in-law, Dennis and Ashleigh Humphrey of Troy and Aaron Michael Gifford of Vandalia; two daughters, Julie Marie Humphrey and Emily Morine Humphrey of Vandalia; and eight grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Johnny Hurley and Billy Hurley; and one sister, Barbara Owens.

Visitation will be from 1:30 p.m. until time for service at 2 p.m. Sunday at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston.

Private burial will follow at a later date.
