EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Larry Richard Rowland, 75, died Dec. 14, 2017, at the Bertrand Nursing Center in Bertrand.
Born Sept. 15, 1942, in Parma, to the late Hubert and Lennie Blair Rowland, he had been the owner/operator of Rowland Land Grading and was later employed by Rolwing-Moxley Company in Charleston. He was a member of First Baptist Church in East Prairie.
On Nov. 30, 1974, in East Prairie, he married Patsy Moore; she survives of the home.
Additional survivors include: three sons, David Williford of East Prairie, Grady Williford of New Madrid and Robert Williford of West Frankfort, Ill.; one daughter, Angie Watson of East Prairie; two brothers, Jerry Rowland of Memphis, Tenn., and Lionel Rowland of Hernando, Miss.; one sister, Linda Lindsey of Hernando; and nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Bruce Rowland; and one daughter, LaRhonda Grace.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Saturday at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie with. George White officiating.
Burial will follow in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
