BELL CITY, Mo. -- Trisha Lynn Slagley, 23, died Jan. 17, 2018, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
Born July 1, 1994, at Cape Girardeau, daughter of Jeffrey Slagley of Cape Girardeau and Edith Shipley of Perkins, she was a 2012 graduate of Bell City High School. She worked as a waitress and bartender at Ruby Tuesday's at Cape Girardeau.
In addition to her parents, survivors include: her stepmother, Cindy Slagley of Cape Girardeau; her stepfather, Ellis Simmers of Perkins; paternal grandparents, Gary and Grace Wood of Bloomfield and Paul Slagley of Bloomfield; maternal grandparents, James Shipley Sr. of Zalma; four sisters, Megan (Lucas) Collier and Jenny (Briana Keene) Lathum of Jackson, Alicia (Nick) Kohen of Fort Scott, Kan., and Tara Umfleet of Cape Girardeau; and two brothers, Dustin (April) Umfleet of Millersville and Hunter (Kaitlyn) Umfleet of Jackson.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Bonnie Jean Senciboy.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time at 2 p.m. Sunday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance with the Rev. Michael Lee officiating.
Burial will follow at Perkins Cemetery in Perkins.
