Carlton Curneal

CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Carlton Glen Curneal, 77, died Jan. 20, 2018, at Chaffee Nursing Center.

Born Aug. 10, 1940, in Bloomfield, son of the late Carl and Edith Scudder Curneal, he retired from Superior Electric in Cape Girardeau.

On May 22, 1982, he married Roberta Bass, and she preceded him in death on May 2, 2013.

Survivors include: one son, Randy Curneal of Fisk; one daughter, Hope and George Davis of Chaffee; one sister, Wanda Alford of Bloomfield, Missouri; and 14 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.

He was also preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.

Visitation is from 9 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee with the Rev. Kenneth Strong officiating.

Burial will be at Walker Cemetery in Bloomfield.
