CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. -- James Franklin Cotner III, 71, formerly of Sikeston, died Jan. 28, 2018, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

There will be no services. Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City was in charge of arrangements.
