Johnnie Wasson

LEAGUE CITY, Texas -- Johnnie E. Wasson, 76, died Oct. 5, 2017, in League City.

Born March 27, 1941, he was the son of the late Boyd and Dorothy Lloyd Wasson.

His wife, Patricia Blackwell Wasson, survives of Santa Fe.

In addition to his wife, survivors include: one son Johnnie E Wasson Jr. of Baycliff; one daughter and son-in-law, DeShawn and Chris Sirbin; three sisters, Ruth Merrick, Rachel Paul and Shirley Pauter; and one granddaughter.

He was also preceded in death by three brothers, Harold, James and Clarence Wasson.

A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the IOOF Cemetery in Charleston, Mo.
