HAYTI, Mo. -- A Portageville woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Saturday in Pemiscot County.
According to Missouri State Highway Patrol, at 6:10 a.m. on the east Outer Road, two miles north of Hayti, the southbound vehicle driven by Sasha N. Tallant, 19, of Portageville ran off the right side of the road, overcorrected, ran off the left side of the road and overturned.
Tallant was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:50 a.m. by Pemiscot County Coroner Jim Brimhall.
