JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- Donnie Williams of Dexter has a little extra pep in his step after claiming a $100,000 Scratchers top prize on Sept. 14. He purchased the $5 "$100,000 Money Multiplier" Scratchers ticket at BJ's Kwik Shop, 623 State Highway 25 N., in Dexter.
This is the second $100,000 winning ticket sold at this retail location in 2017. In April, a Dexter mom uncovered a $100,000 prize on a "Black Ice" Scratchers ticket purchased there.
