SIKESTON — Luther Junior McClure, 80, died May 6, 2018, at Northwest Medical Center in Springdale, Ark.
Born Feb. 4, 1938, in Formosa, Ark., son of the late Luther Conway and Thelma Pearl Shipley McClure, he was an auto body repairman and retired from the Arkansas Army National Guard.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two wives, Judy Kay and Pauline Mae Copeland McClure; one son, Mark Conway McClure; four brothers, Weldon, Gene, Carl and Bill McClure; one sister, Lucille Mabry; and two granddaughters.
Survivors include: three sons and daughters-in-law, Dennis McClure of Kansas, James and Michelle McClure and David and Mary Beth McClure of Springdale; three daughters, Paula McClure Taylor of Missouri, Amanda and Dalton McKee of Mississippi and Jacqueline and Eric Brewer of Springdale; one stepdaughter and her husband, Sheenetta and Kevin Goss of Hindsville, Ark.; one brother, Orvan McClure of Morrilton, Ark.; five sisters, Ruby Greene of Choctaw, Ark., Oweda Crum and Shirley Tesreau of Illinois, Margaret Dowdy of Missouri and Patricia Risenhoover of Texas; and 16 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
Visitation is from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Sisco Funeral Chapel in Springdale with Dalton McKee officiating.
Burial will follow in Burkshed Cemetery.
