SIKESTON — Mary Boyer, age 85, died May 7, 2018, at her home in Sikeston.
She was born April 26, 1933, in Columbus, Ind., to the late Walter and Mildred Irene (McGuire) Bundren, she was a member of First United Methodist Church.
Mary had worked as a secretary for Hunter Memorial First Presbyterian Church before retiring.
On Sept. 8, 1956, in Indianapolis, she married Robert “Bob” Boyer; he survives of the home in Sikeston.
Other survivors include two sons, Mark Boyer of Sikeston and Terry Boyer of Texas; and two granddaughters, Kailtlyn Alexis Boyer of Texas and Hannah Rochelle Boyer of St. Louis.
Visitation will be Thursday, May 10 from 11:30 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Sikeston. The Rev. Jennifer Bell Moxley, associate pastor, will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.
Pallbearers will be: Jay Bledsoe, Jim Caskey, Mark Crader, Mark Deane, David Hay and Dr. Linza Killion.
Ponder Funeral Home of Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
