Can someone fix the water?

I live in a small housing development called Sherwood Forest that is close to Bloomfield. Our water supply comes from Public Water District #5. We were without water last Thursday and Friday. Saturday morning we once again had water. Then yesterday, Sunday, the system went down again. It’s Monday morning and we still have no water. Can someone give them the name of a good plumber to fix the line? Please Water District #5. We just want to take showers, wash our clothes, water our animals, do the dishes, and most importantly – flush our commodes.
