BENTON, Mo. — Marcella Christine Mack, 66, died July 22, 2018, at her home. 

Born July 24, 1951, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Rita Klipfel Jansen of Kelso and the late Herman Jansen, she was a federal judicial assistant to the Honorable Judge Lewis Blanton for 22 years, retiring in 2014. She was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton and the Ladies Sodality.

In addition to her mother, survivors include: two sons ad daughters-in-law, David “Joey” and Carrie Mack and Andrew and Shannon Mack of Benton; a daughter, Suzanna (Caleb Greenley) Mack of Cape Girardeau; three brothers, Raymond Jansen of Jefferson City, Harold Jansen of Bucyrus, Kan., and B.J. Jansen of Kelso, four sisters, Doris Dingerson and Janice Meinert of St. Charles and Linda Johnston and Mary Hency of Scott City; the father of her children, David Mack; and seven grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at St. Denis Catholic Church in Benton. Parish prayers will be at 7 p.m.

A funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the church with the Revs. Balaswamy Govindu, Michael Casteel and Normand Varone as con-celebrants.

Burial will be in St. Denis Catholic Cemetery at Benton.
