Late Kindergarten enrollment is Wednesday

SIKESTON — The Sikeston Kindergarten Center will be having late kindergarten enrollment on Aug. 1 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Kindergarten Center is currently taking appointments. Please bring your child along with a state issued birth certificate, shot record, social security card, Medicaid card (if applicable) and proof of residency to the enrollment. Children who are 5 years of age by July 31, 2018, are eligible for kindergarten. Children will have to be screened and enrolled before they can start school. The screening and enrollment process will take between 1-2 hours. Please call the Kindergarten Center at 471-0653 to make your appointment or for further questions.
