Iree Lackey
SIKESTON — Iree Lackey, 95, died July 28, 2018, at Westfield Nursing Center in Sikeston.
Born Jan. 16, 1923, in Harrison, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Charles and Pearl Stevens Carlton.
Her husband, James Cecil, preceded her in death on March 23, 2013.
Survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Clarence and Charolette Boen of Bloomfield; two daughters, Linda Goodman of Sikeston and Ina Faye Cecil of McHenry, Ill.; one brother, Bill Carlton of Morehouse; one sister, Orlene Drake of Morehouse; and two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by one sister.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. Wednesday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston with Dewayne Coleman, pastor of First Baptist Church in Canalou, officiating.
Burial will follow at Matthews City Cemetery in Matthews.
