Denise Stone
MINER, Mo. — Donna "Denise" Stone, 54, a lifelong resident of this area, died Aug. 8, 2018 at the Miner Nursing Center.
Born Sept. 27, 1963, in Henderson, Tenn., daughter of Betty Taylor Stone of Sikeston and the late Wendell P. Stone, she had attended First Assembly of God Church as a child and had been a packer at Gold Bond Ice Cream.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by one son, Christopher Stone of the home; one sister, Bonnie (Greg) Foote of Sikeston; two brothers, Wendell P. Stone and Thomas B. Stone of Sikeston; and by her paternal grandmother, Alice Stephenson of California, Mo.
A celebration of her life will begin at 5 p.m. Thursday at Second Half Ministries, 110 County Line Road, in Sikeston with Bart Smith, pastor, officiating.
