BERTRAND, Mo. — Larry Reed Best, 77, died Aug. 4, 2018, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.  
Born Oct. 13, 1941, to the late Frank Zaccagnini and Evelyn Anticliff, he had owned Best Fabricating in Washington State.

His wife, Patricia Ann Thatcher, preceded him in death. 

Also preceding him in death was one son, Frank Darrell Best.

Survivors include: two sons and daughters-in-law, Larry and Carmen Best of Snohomish, Wash., and Christopher and Tonia Best of Spanish Fort, Ala.; three daughters, Catherine Best of Chaffee, Rebecca Best of Bertrand and Victoria Best of East Prairie; one brother, Danny Best of Utopia, Texas; and 16 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

No public services are scheduled at this time.  
Shelby Funeral Home of East Prairie is in charge of arrangements.
