Jerome Morris

COLTON, Calif. — Lonnie Jerome Morris, 55, died July 3, 2018, at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton.

Born Feb. 14, 1963, in Sikeston, son of the late Margaret Morris, he was raised from his early childhood by his great-grandmother, Hattie Hubbard, in New Madrid, Mo. He attended New Madrid Public Schools through the 10th grade when his family relocated to St. Louis, Mo. He was of the Baptist belief.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a special aunt, Hattie Grant of Sikeston, Mo.
Survivors include his father, Walter Lambert of Sikeston; his aunt, Christine Johnson of Sikeston, Mo.; and uncle, James Patterson of Temberton, N.J.

A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Driver Funeral Service in Sikeston.
