Miner police searching for additional suspect in Aug. 9 robbery
MINER, Mo. — A third woman is now being sought in connection to a robbery in Miner last week.
According to Miner Police Chief Chris Griggs, the robbery occurred Aug. 9 at Miner business when two black females entered the business and one of the women gained entry to an employee only area and took credit cards and other monetary valued items.
The women spent some of the money in Sikeston and now the Union County Sheriff’s Office is also investigating the theft after stolen checks from the robbery were discovered being spent in Anna, Ill., on the same day.
The women are believed to have left driving a new Hyundai Tucson with temporary tags.
