Lynn Morgan

Lynn Morgan, of Senath, son of the late Henry Morgan and Ella Marie (Dean) Morgan, was born February 8, 1930, in White Oak, and departed this life August 5, 2018 at the age of 88 years at National HealthCare in Kennett. Lynn married Shirley Dunn September 18, 1964. Shirley preceded him in death.

Lynn was a member of First Baptist Church in Senath; a charter member of the Senath Jaycees; and post member of the Senath Booster Club.

He is survived by daughters, Regina Coffey and husband, Elmer, of Portageville, Belinda Sample and husband, Perry, of Senath; sons, Keith Morgan and wife, Kathy, of Senath, Chris Morgan of Senath; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jimmy Morgan of Senath, Lloyd Morgan, also of Senath; one sister, Glenda Barnes of Paragould, Ark.; other relatives and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, thirteen brothers and four sisters.

Funeral services were conducted Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at First Baptist Church in Senath with Rev. Doug Clinton officiating. Burial followed in Senath Cemetery.

Luke Sample, Matthew Sample, Taylor Morgan, Chad Morgan, Jason Chandler and Shane Williams were honored to serve as pallbearers.

Memorials may be made to the Senath Cemetery.
