Gary Brown

NEW MADRID, Mo. — Gary Wayne Brown, 65, died Aug. 24, 2018, at his home in New Madrid.

Born April 22, 1953, in Parma, son of the late Wilmore Brown and Viona Walker,

On Aug. 3, 1987, he married Alice Ervin Brown, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: one son, Gary D. Brown of Hayti; two daughters, Tonya McCarter of Hayti and Becky Brown of New Madrid; two sisters, Carol Leflin of Jackson and Debbie Jaynes of Oak Grove; and four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, three sisters and one grandson, David McCarter.

Visitation is from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Richards Funeral Home in New Madrid with G.L.Keene officiating.

Burial will follow in the Evergreen Cemetery at New Madrid.
