Bea Tubbs
SIKESTON — Beatrice “Bea” Tubbs, 85, died Sept. 11, 2018, at the Convalescent Center in Sikeston.
Born Oct. 10, 1932, in Sikeston, daughter of the late V.A. Tubbs and Eva Crunk Tubbs, she was a homemaker and had attended First Assembly of God Church in Sikeston.
Survivors include: one sister and brother-in-law, Thelma and Perry Curtis of Kingman, Ariz.; one special niece, Cynthia Cooper of Sikeston; and numerous other nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Opal 'Sis' Mason; and four brothers, Jack Tubbs, Johnnie Tubbs, Carl Tubbs and Bud Tubbs.
Visitation will be from noon until service time at 1 p.m. Thursday, at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston. Dan Richardson of Church of Christ in Vanduser will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Forest Hills Cemetery near Morley.
