Donald Weakley

SIKESTON — Donald Eugene Weakley, 68, died Sept. 16, 2018, at the Miner Nursing Center.

Born Jan. 5, 1950, in Bertrand, son of the late Charles Walter Weakley and Mary Virginia Ledbetter Weakley, he had lived in Southeast Missouri his entire life and was a graduate of Charleston High School. He had been employed with Rubbermaid in Jackson until his retirement.

Survivors include: his children, Tracy Jones, Melissa Weakley and Shelley Jackson of East Prairie; one sister, Linda Sparks of Sikeston; one brother, Jimmy Weakley of East Prairie; and two grandchildren,.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Scottie Weakley; four brothers, Harvey Weakley, Charles Weakley, Jerry Weakley and David Weakley; and two sisters, Karla Walker and Mary Charlene Weakley.

Services will be private.

McMikle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
