DEXTER, Mo. —Vonda G. Davis, 70, died Oct. 11, 2018, at Gideon Nursing Center in Gideon. Born Nov. 13, 1947, in Miner Switch, daughter of the late Louise Thompson, she was a cashier for Home Oil Company in Sikeston for 16 years and a delivery driver for Domino’s Pizza in Sikeston for 15 years. DEXTER, Mo. —Vonda G. Davis, 70, died Oct. 11, 2018, at Gideon Nursing Center in Gideon.

Born Nov. 13, 1947, in Miner Switch, daughter of the late Louise Thompson, she was a cashier for Home Oil Company in Sikeston for 16 years and a delivery driver for Domino’s Pizza in Sikeston for 15 years. Later she was a hostess for McDonald’s in Poplar Bluff. She attended the Living Waters Church in Sikeston and was a resident of Dexter.

Survivors include: three sons, Robert L. Davis and William Aaron Davis of Sikeston and Steven Davis of Dexter; one brother, Rex Lee Mullendore of Tennessee; and eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 2 p.m. until service time at 3 p.m. Saturday at Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.

Graveside services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday at the Armer Cemetery in Bertrand with the Rev. Max Schrieber officiating.
