DEXTER, Mo. — Ashlie Kennedy, 38, died Nov. 2, 2018, at her home in Dexter.
Born July 12, 1980, daughter of Melanie Ann Kennedy Shake of Cape Girardeau, she had lived in Dexter all of her life. She attended the First Church of God of Dexter.
In addition to her mother, survivors include: one son, Theron Thomas Unger of Sikeston; one sister, Angela Hays of Dexter; and her maternal grandmother, Shirley Kennedy of Dexter.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Amos Kennedy; and sister, Amy Dawn Kennedy.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. until noon Wednesday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter with Dearvin McClellan of Dexter, elder, officiating.
Burial will be in the Sadler's Chapel Cemetery in Dexter.
