PERKINS, Mo. — Roger Darrel Dugger, 63, died Nov. 27, 2018, at his family home.
Born Aug. 3, 1955, in Waukegan, Ill., son of the late William and Thelma Baltimore Dugger, he was a disabled veteran and served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War.
On July 19, 2013, he married Pamela Kaye Blue, and she survives of the home.
Other survivors include: one son, Darrel Dugger of Poplar Bluff; one daughter, Dawan Lippoldt of Doniphan; three brothers, Dallas Dugger and Doug Dugger of Poplar Bluff and Kenneth Dugger of West Plains; and five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Friday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee with the Rev. Jack Owens officiating.
Burial with full military honors will be in Kenyon Cemetery at Delta.
