CHAFFEE, Mo. — Janet Rae Sullivan, 76, died Dec. 4, 2018, at her family home.
Born Sept. 23, 1942, in St. Louis, daughter of the late Roy and Myrtle Chappel Steger, she was a retired dispatcher for the Chaffee Police Department in Chaffee and a member of First Christian Church in Chaffee. She was a member the Chaffee Ladies Elks.
On May 25, 1968, she married Bob Sullivan, and he survives of the home.
Other survivors include: two sons, Billy Sullivan of Chaffee and Bobby (Cindy) Sullivan of Sikeston; a daughter, Robin (Wayne) Dannenmueller of Chaffee; three sisters, Linda Davis, Mary Jo Schwettman and Barbara Leming of Scott City; and 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Beth Dooley; and two brothers and two sisters.
Visitation is from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Saturday at the General Baptist Church in Chaffee with the Rev. Steve Shepard and the Rev. Justin Sullivan officiating.
Burial will be at a later date.
