Mike Moseley
SIKESTON — Michael Wayne "Mike" Moseley, age 72, died Dec. 18, 2018 at his home in Sikeston. Born Jan. 21, 1946, in Essex, to the late Aaron Eugene and Marilyn (Detie) Moseley, he was a longtime press operator for Potlatch and throughout the transition to Tetra-Pak before retiring.
On Aug. 20, 1966, he married Jennifer Leah Slaten; she preceded him in death Jan. 18, 2012.
His wife Jenny was the love of his life. He has finally joined her and their beloved dogs in their heavenly home.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Hannah Moseley of Oxford, Miss.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Penny and Kyle DeKriek and Laurie and Andrew Eason all of Sikeston; one brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Gina Moseley of Cherry Valley, Ill.; one sister, Barbara (Moseley) Theohar of St. Louis; and three grandchildren, Dakota Ray, Marley DeKriek and Landry Eason.
Friends may call Thursday, Dec. 20 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston where services will be held Friday, Dec. 21 at 11 a.m.
Mike will be laid to rest beside his beloved wife Jenny at Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston where he visited her every day.
