Kathleen Wamble

ESSEX, Mo. — Kathleen Wamble, 75, died Dec. 22, 2018, at Crowley Ridge Care Center.

Born Sept. 13, 1943, in Riverdale, Md., daughter of the late William Earl Wannall and Alice Rozelle Stewart Wannall Miller, she had lived in Essex for many years. She had worked as a secretary for Lemons Landfill and attended the Harvest Assembly of God Church in Essex.

On Jan. 15, 1971, in Dexter, she married Earl F. "Butch" Wamble, and he survives of the home in Essex.

Other survivors include: one son and daughter-in-law, Charles "Chuck" and Chrissy Wamble of Cuba; one daughter, Laura "Betsy" Wamble of Essex; and three brothers, Franklin E. Wannall of Orlando, Fla., Charles J. Miller of Ventura, Calif., John Harrison of Upper Marlboro, Md.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Lana A. Francis; and one brother, Orville Miller Jr.

Visitation is from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Watkins and Sons Funeral Home in Dexter, where services will be at 11 a.m. Friday with Junior Cagle of Bloomfield officiating.

Burial will be in the Essex Cemetery at Essex.
