Betty Jimerson
SIKESTON — Betty Maria Jimerson, 60, died June 24, 2019, at the Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born June 3, 1959, in Sikeston, daughter of the late Melissy Myers and Ananias Davis, she attended Sikeston Public Schools and was employed as a homemaker by White and Associates Home Assistance Inc. She was a member of Grace Tabernacle Church in Sikeston.
Her husband, Willie Jimerson, survives of the home.
Survivors include: two daughters, “Thadosha” Joyce Jackson and Twinette (Mark) Jones and Maliza Myers; one son, Robert (Kyan) Myers; her sisters, Alberta Myers, Rosemary McAllister, Lucille Myers, Katie Mae Davis of Mansfield, Ohio, Lisa Dyes and Ella Treviya Ochoamadrid of Sikeston, Maryann Liddell and Leeantha Jones of Farmington and Ula Mae Davis of Chicago; brothers, Sylvester King of Portageville and Andre Davis of Kansas City; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Depries Jordan; one brother, Julius Myers; one sister, Shanon Bell; and a granddaughter.
Visitation was from 11 a.m. until service time at noon June 29 at Grace Tabernacle Church with Elder Johnny Avance officiating.
Burial followed in the Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston.
Driver Funeral Service of Sikeston was in charge of arrangements.
