PORTAGEVILLE, Mo. — Fred Parnell Jr., 74, died Nov. 13, 2019, at Portageville Nursing Center.
Born April 13, 1945. in Tennessee, he was the son of the late Georgie Melton Parnell and Fred Parnell.
Survivors include: one sister, Bertha Noveasel of Granite City, Ill.; and two cousins, Lorene Parnell and Larry Parnell of Portageville.
Visitation was from noon until service at 1 p.m. Friday at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville with the Rev. John Compere officiating.
Burial will following at the Portageville Cemetery.
