Lunch and learn

Laura Krieger-Sample, an instructor at Southeast Missouri State University in the Department of Criminal Justice, Social Work and Sociology, speaks at the ̉Lunch and LearnÓ meeting held at Mission Missouri Thursday afternoon. Krieger-Sample gave a presentation of how incarceration impacts women differently then men at the meeting attended by community members and elected representatives. The meeting officially launched The Esther House, a 16-bed recovery housing wing for women that is located at Mission Missouri that will be opening in January.
