Mary Hardin
BLOOMFIELD, Mo. — Mary Evelyn Hardin, 82, died Nov. 15, 2019, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
Born Sept. 5, 1937, near Bell City, daughter of the late Charles Frank and Idalee Walker Rampley, she had lived in Bloomfield most of her life. She had been a bus driver, baby sat and had managed Coleman's Restaurant.
She first married Dalton Hardin in Bell City, and he preceded her in death in 1983. She later married Monroe Gilles in Bell City, and he preceded her in death on Sept. 12, 1997.
Survivors include: her longtime companion, Randy Madden of Bloomfield; one daughter, Linda Jennings of Bernie; two sons, Ricky Hardin of Piedmont and Rocky Hardin of San Antonio, Texas; one brother, Kenneth Larry Rampley of Bloomfield; and two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son in infancy; two brothers, Wayne and Dale Rampley; and two sisters, Norma Deal and Mildred Bartolo.
Visitation is from 11 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Monday at the Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home in Bloomfield with the Rev. Gary Cooper of Advance officiating.
Burial will follow at the Gravel Hill Cemetery near Bloomfield.
