Wiese, Hutton are Students of the Month for December

SIKESTON — Sikeston High School seniors Brynna Wiese and Makayla Hutton were named Students of the Month for December.

Sikeston Public Schools Foundation, which sponsors the monthly program, names two seniors each month for the honor during the 2019-2020 school year.

Wiese, who is the daughter of Shelley McTigue, is the Model UN president and head of photography for the yearbook. She’s active in Link Crew, Teens Against Pollution, National Honors Society, DECA and Red Peppers. In her spare time, she enjoys photography, video games, reading and spending time with friends.

Hutton is the daughter of Tanya and Dan Hutton. She serves as the FFA president, FBLA treasurer, Link Crew leader, Red Peppers member and National Honors Society member. In her spare time, she job shadows and works at a local veterinarian clinic and attends church.
