SIKESTON — Kenneth Dewayne Voorhees, 54, died Feb. 10, 2020, at his home in Sikeston, Missouri.
Born Oct. 27, 1965 in Eureka, Missouri, son of the late Willard Voorhees and Geneva South Voorhees, he was a member of the Smith Street Church of God.
On May 28, 1994, he married Libby Ann Whitt, who survives of the home in Sikeston.
Other survivors include: two sons, Kenneth “Blake” Voorhees and Eric Dewayne (Kasey) Voorhees of Sikeston; three daughters, Laura (Jason) Mitchell of Jackson, Deanna Vaughn of Sikeston and Jennifer Clary of Collinsville, Ill.; one brother, Willard “Willy” Voorhees; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Bill Voorhees; and two sisters, Cindy Walburn and Shirley Rouse.
Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until service time at noon Friday at the Fairview United Methodist Church in Grubville, Missouri, with Ira Sandefer, pastor, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Luebbering Citizen’s Memorial Cemetery at Grubville, Missouri.
