Gary Roberts

CARUTHERSVILLE, Mo. — Gary Lynn Roberts, 64, died July 16, 2020 in Caruthersville.

Born Aug. 1, 1955, in Hayti, Missouri, son of the late Hallie T. Roberts and Patsy Nowell Roberts of Portageville, Missouri, he served in the US Marine Corps and was retired from Pemiscot County road maintenance.

Along with his mother, other survivors include: one son, Kenneth Lynn Roberts of Las Vegas, Nevada; three brothers, Larry Roberts of Texas City, Texas; Jeffrey Roberts and Daniel Roberts both of Portageville; and three sisters, Sandy Roberts Schrage of Troy, Illinois; Kandice Roberts Canoy of Holcomb, Missouri and Janice Roberts Walters of Portageville.

Besides his father he was also preceded in death by two brothers, Michael Roberts and Jamie Lee Roberts.

Memorial services will be at a later date with burial at the Portageville Cemetery.
