Ruthie Roberts

PORTAGEVILLE, Mo. — Ruthie Louise Roberts, 90, died July 22, 2020, at Malden Nursing and Rehab in Malden, Missouri.

She was born Feb. 8, 1930, in Benton County, Tennessee, to the late Gene and Gay Moore Hatley.

On Dec. 20, 1947, in Piggott, Arkansas, she married Mann Roberts, who preceded her in death on Aug. 23, 1990.

Along with her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by four sisters, Lucille, Claudine, Mildred and Wilma and five brothers, Hoover, Clifford, Billy, John and Boyd.

Survivors include: two daughters, Linda Diane (Danny) Carnell of West Helena, Arkansas and Tena Morton of Steele, Missouri; three grandchildren; Staci Morton, Chad Morton, Morgan Elliott and five great-grandchildren; Rhys, Skylar, Colt, Skarlet, Lisa.

Friends may call Friday at 10 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. at DeLisle Funeral Home with the Rev. Chadd Morton presiding.

Burial will follow at the Portageville Cemetery.
