DEXTER, Mo. — Randall Dale Carter, 57, died Sept. 15, 2020, at his home in Dexter.

Born July 28, 1963, in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late James Carter and Carolyn Kennedy Alexander.

Survivors include: one brother, Jean Paul Carter of New Lenox, Illinois; and two sisters, Tina King of Dexter and Roxanne Schwartz of Minnesota.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother Billy Carter.

Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Missouri Veterans Cemetery in Bloomfield, Missouri, with the Rev. Jerry Adams officiating.
