Barbara Babb

LILBOURN, Mo. — Barbara Doris Babb, 81, died Sept. 22, 2020, at her home in Lilbourn.

Born Dec. 1, 1938, in Conran, Missouri, she was the daughter of the late Nellie Ruth Laws Hornburg and William Franklin Hornburg.

She was also preceded in death by one son, Daryl Babb; four sisters, Opal Little, Evelyn Roberts, Hazel Rathbun and Marcell Bowen; four brothers, William Hornburg, Marvin Hornburg, Wyvon Hornburg and Murchel Hornburg.

On Oct. 15, 1955, in Marston, Missouri, she married Donald Babb, who preceded her in death on Feb. 26, 2016.

Survivors include: two sons, Don (Donna) Babb of Mari Island, Florida, and David Babb of Lilbourn; two daughters, Rebecca Babb of Lilbourn and

Sheryl Babb of New Madrid; one brother; and 21 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.

Visitation is from 10 a.m. until service time at 1 p.m. Saturday at DeLisle Funeral Home in Portageville.
