10 Sikeston freshmen chasing Junior Miss Sikeston title

SIKESTON — Ten Sikeston High School freshmen will be vying for the title of Junior Miss Sikeston at 8 p.m. Thursday during the American Legion Cotton Carnival at the Sikeston Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo Grounds.

Anabeth Baker, daughter of Vest and Andrea Baker, is a Sikeston cheerleader and member of the SHS cheer competition squad, Red Peppers, FCA, Student Ambassador, Student Council and Key Club.

Hailey Caton, daughter of Andrew and Leah Caton, is a Sikeston cheerleader and member of the Red Peppers and FCA.

Chloe Clinton, daughter of Shawn and Bethley Clinton, plays volleyball and is a member of FCA and the Red Peppers.

Maggie Drury, daughter of Fred and Heather Drury, plays volleyball and is a member of the Red Peppers and FCA.

Olivia Gadberry, daughter of Tim and Mindy Gadberry, is a Sikeston cheerleader and member of the Red Peppers and DECA.

Emily Housman, daughter of Derek and Ami Housman, is a Red Pepper.

Je’Lyric Hunt, daughter of Heather Mitchell and the late Jeromy Hunt Sr., enjoys FFA.

Cate Schrumpf, daughter of Jason and Catherine Schrumpf, is a Sikeston cheerleader, plays soccer and is a member of the Red Peppers, FCA, Key Club and Art Club.

Heidi Self, daughter of Brent and Heather Self, plays volleyball and is a member of FCA, Red Peppers and Student Council.

Londyn Simpkins, daughter of Tra’ Simpkins and Jayna Williams, plays softball and basketball and is a member of Red Peppers.
