KEWANEE, Mo. — Jimmie Mack Brotherton, 90, of Kewanee, died on Oct. 25, 2020, at New Madrid Living Center in New Madrid, Missouri.

Born Aug.18, 1930, in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, daughter of the late Lindsey H. and Rachel Loduska Nolley, she was a member of Kewanee Missionary Baptist Church.

On Dec.14, 1948, she married James A. Brotherton, who survives of the home.

Other survivors include: her four children, Sue Johnson of Lilbourn; Lynn (Lori) Brotherton of New Madrid; Debbie (Roger) Nowell of New Madrid; Anne (Scott) Duplantis of Augusta, Georgia; six grandchildren: Michael Johnson, Ben Brotherton, Jeremy Glenn, Andy Glenn, Jenni Duckworth, Katie Duplantis; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Fred Nolley.

A private family service is scheduled for Oct. 28, 2020, at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston with the Rev. Dan Wisely of Kewanee Missionary Baptist Church officiating.

Burial will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston.

Pallbearers will be: Michael Johnson, Ben Brotherton, Jeremy Glenn, Andy Glenn, Joey Duckworth and Scott Duplantis.
