Dee owned and operated Lambert Construction before his retirement. He built the third Lamberts Café in Sikeston and with Scott Lambert came up with the idea for the yellow feet you see in all of the restaurants so when you follow the yellow “feet” road, think of him. He loved hunting, horses, John Wayne movies and The Eagles. Dee was very fortunate to have good, lifelong friends and enjoyed telling stories of their many adventures. Dee’s favorite saying was “Life’s Been Good to Me So Far!” (Courtesy of Joe Walsh)
