Russell honored

Jim Russell, second from the left, was honored recently by the New Madrid County Ambulance District. Russell, a resident of New Madrid, Mo., retired in December from the NMCAD after working as an emergency medical technician for 11 years and nine months. He was presented with a clock and a shadow box in appreciatiion of his service.
