Act of kindness

Speakout sums to have so many negative comments these days that I thought an act of kindness should be shared. On Monday, Feb. 15, with snow falling and covering our yard, we, who are senior citizens, were sitting in our living room, watching the snow, when we saw a police car at the end of our drive. A young policeman got out of his car and picked up our trash can, carrying it thourgh the snow to our back door. It was refreshing to see the caring, selfless act of someone giving to others. We appreciated it so much.

Thank you for sharing. We love hearing stories like this much more than Republicans and Democrats blaming each other for all the world’s problems.

New economic plan

Subsidies, corporate welfare and entitlements take money from circulation and give it to people who do not earn it. There is no economic growth this way. If we could print money like the stimulus, and give it to the welfare-based 50% of the population, this would be injecting money into circulation, which is growth, is it not? Prices may rise slightly but more money in circulation is economic growth I believe. If general relief was raised by $50, 50 times 150 million people is $75 billion a month or $1 trillion per year. This additional money per person could pay for medicine or doctor’s visits and other things in retail goods and services which is additional trade which proves it is business growth or economic growth.

Texans don’t believe in global warming

Just a question. I wonder what Biden, AOC, Tamale Harris and every other politician in the country, wonder what they would find out if they ask the people in Texas what they thought about global warming.

Listen to the man

It is sad when people cannot see the light that leads them to a better life. A man’s word that rings true should be listened to.
