Worth, Alcorn named top students

SIKESTON — Max Christian Worth and Jonathan “Lawson” Alcorn were named Sikeston High School Students of the Month for March.

Sikeston Public Schools Foundation, which sponsors the monthly program, names two seniors each month for the honor during the 2020-2021 school year.

Worth, who is the son of Michelle and Michael Worth, participates in football, baseball and tennis. He’s active in FCA, FBLA, DECA (district qualifier and state competitor), Key Club, Student Council (treasurer), BUMS (president), FUMC member/youth group, Radical Christmas, Hope Fest, Feed My Starving Children, Kenny Rogers Children’s Center and Montgomery Bank. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies with his family, hanging out with his friends, working out and learning at school.

Alcorn is the son of Kyle and Amy Alcorn. He is active in golf, NHS, STUCO, Model UN, DECA, Key Club, BUMS and A+ Program. His hobbies include watching movies, hanging out with friends and playing golf with family.
