Dorman Elledge

MARBLE HILL, Mo. — D0rman Clinton Elledge, age 98, passed away Sept. 25, 2021, at Woodland Hills in Marble Hill.

He was born July 7, 1923, in Marble Hill, son of the late Dorman Elledge and Bertha Collins Elledge. He was a veteran of the US Army and had been owner of Sikeston Ford Dealership before retiring.

He is survived by one son, Roger C. (Tamara) Elledge of Sikeston, Missouri; one daughter, Sheila Teeters of Marble Hill; one sister, Mary Jean Null of Marble Hill; two grandchildren, Roger Elledge II and Sam Teeters; and two great-grandchildren, Madelyn Elledge and Jack Teeters.

Visitation will be held Thursday, Sept. 30, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston.  Another visitation will be held Saturday, Oct. 2 from 10 a.m. until time of funeral services at 11 a.m. at Liley Chapel in Marble Hill.

Burial will follow in the Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery in Marble Hill with full military honors.
