Streets will be closed in Sikeston

SIKESTON — Effective at 7 a.m. Thursday, Anderson Street at North Main Street will be closed and/or reduced to one lane due to storm water pipe repair and pavement repair. This closure will last about four days. In addition, the Missouri Department of Transportation will have the north bound outer lane on Main Street closed due to repairs. This closure may last two days. Sikeston’s Street Division will perform the work. All motorists and residents in the area are asked to use alternative routes to avoid this site and are encouraged to use caution when in the construction areas.
